The stay is value for money.
Pros:
- good view of the Mt. Fuji in the room
- walkable distance to train station
- there are restaurants nearby which will open till 10 or 11pm
- hostel provides free bread, coffee and fruit
- condition of the room is better than expected
Cons:
- the host/staff was not really hospitable, this didn't mean any impoliteness though
- sound insulation is really really bad, please be aware if you are a light sleeper
- not enough slippers, need to bring your own one

Great cozy athmosphere, daily handmade bread available as well as bananas. We also rented bikes directly on site for cheaper than other options we reviewed before.

Excellent location to the station and to some amenities like Fuji Q Highland, Lake kawaguchi and the Fuji Senjen Shrine. The property is clean, like a home, quiet, nice view of Mt.Fuji. There is a free fresh bread for the guests made by the owner and a free coffee too. The owner is very nice. Just across the street, there is a nice and affordable restaurant. When my family and I will come back, we’ll definitely be staying in this place again.

One of the best places I have stayed! A I really liked The rental bike. It was so convenient to go visit the Chureito Pagoda! no need to go to public transit!
