The hotel is situated in a really good location very close to night markets and lots of bars. The staff are very friendly. Theres a little cafe in the reception area which was also nice to wait for our taxi in, the also sell tea and coffee. The room was good for what we needed but there was mould in the shower and the air conditioning worked but not really well. The matresses are very firm which I liked but i know wont be for everyone. Overall a very pleasant stay.

we arrived at the guesthouse and were so warmly welcome Since it was early we waited and got the room much earlier than 2 o'clock Sean is very knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly and also shown us on the google Clean and bright and next to Night Market which is famous for Loved the area

Stayed there only for 3 hours because booked it accidentally thru expedia and they won't cancel...right next to chaing mai night bazaar so very cenral location and great price.

Needed a hair dryer to at least borrow from front desk. Beds quite firm.

চমৎকার Great hotel in a convenient location. Big clean room, plenty of hot water, solid Wi-Fi, and the kindest most helpful staff. Night market noise is really not bad at all, will stay here again when back in Chiang Mai!

Average property. Price was good with expedia discount though a bit steep without it. Staff were eally nice though almost everyone is here in Thailand.

Great night market right next to property, close to road with bars and great massage parlors. Plenty of fun nights to be had within walking distance
