It was a scenic walk from the lake to the property, we enjoyed it although it was drizzling. The room was nice and comfortable to accommodate 5 of us. We didn’t realize that there was no attached shower room when we booked so was a little shocked when we realized that upon check-in. If you intend to go to the onsen (which you should really go - there are 2 private ones and a big public one), then there’s no big issue with that. The dinner experience was also great, it was an extensive spread and immediately after dinner, there was free drinks at the front desk area. I would love to stay one more night so we could thoroughly enjoy the facilities and the beautiful surroundings!

A nice ryokan with nice keseiki dinner. The private bath is nice. Place is clean and well maintained.

It's a beautiful resort and the offer of public and private onsen was excellent. It's great for value. We had two meals and we were too full to finish everything. The staff are friendly and helpful.

চমৎকার Beautiful, traditional Japanese style rooms provide an authentic experience. We enjoyed the breakfast. They did their best to accomodate my wife's gluten free diet needs. The family onsens were a nice option for privacy.

The resort offers an outstanding onsen experience! The on-site dining was also excellent. Staying here was a highlight of our trip to Japan.

It is perfect for the price. The room is great, the food is great, and the hot spring is great. It will also give you free access to a private family hotspring.
