The hotel’s located close to the station. I enjoyed its atmosphere and hospitality. The room was clean and a good size.

The breakfast was good. They come in a tray of small dishes (similar to kaiseiki) but served all at one go. There are pianist , flutist or organist playing music during breakfast, tea time and evening. Refreshments are provided at the lobby. It is 6 min walk from the JR station . I love the aroma of the lavender once you enter the building and also in the lift. Staff can speak English too. The onsen has music playing in the background. Had a wonderful stay there.

Book here if you want a modern, clean "western" style hotel that punches above it's weight. Insane value. Clean rooms, and lots of amenities with a nice public bath on the top floor. Very polite and helpful staff with an organist who plays in the lobby during midday. High quality breakfast. Afternoon snacks and a small evening meal (9:30pm) are included. The construction is very new and well maintained. Would recommend, even the more basic accomodations I selected were better than I expected.

I was very impressed with our stay! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for everything we had on our agenda.
We will definitely return.

চমৎকার Great location and breakfast was very interesting: Many little sides with the rice and miso soup. It was an experience. Also, the coffee was about the best coffee ever. Definitely will stay again if we ever find ourselves in Sendai.

চমৎকার Very conveniently located and lots of great restaurants are near by. Though did not use the Onsen, the hotel has the onsen inside the hotel. Awesome breakfast and the best coffee!

Elegantly designed interior, and very nice ambiance with themes of J.S. Bach everywhere - very unique in case you are a classical music fan.

The Grand Bach with its distance to the station made it a very convenient hub to explore Sendai and the surrounding region.
