Very good hotel

Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly however the hotel is pretty dated and it was around 34 degrees outside and the air-conditioning in the hotel was not up to scratch. We had a couple of sleepless nights here and although the staff were trying to help by bringing in an additional fan to use inside the rooms, it was still too warm.

Location is central in Tam Cốc area. The breakfast is good and basic. The room is clean but the bed isn’t comfortable at all. Staff is rude particularly the manager at the front desk. The pool is not clean. I arrived to the hotel at Noon for check out; was soaking sweat from my bike ride to try to make the time. The manager greeted me by saying please try to check out in 15 mins since its Noon already. Additionally, she inquired about my travel plans for the morning by telling me that check out time is at Noon. I expect more hospitality from this hotel. I could use a restroom at a random cafe for only $30k, and they would be very nice and understanding by allowing me to use the restroom and brought out a fan for me. However, there is a lack of understanding and hospitality from this front desk manager. She wouldn’t care that I looked soaking sweat and made it back my noon. I wouldn’t come back and recommend anyone to come back. The staff needs to be trained properly.

Excellent service. Annie was amazing. Good location

Breakfast was acceptable with a good range of offerings, staff were ok ... nothing exceptional or unique, it was functional. I am comparing to larger chain hotels which obviously spend more on food offerings and also training ... but the room price reflects this, so on balance this was good enough for the money. Not a luxury hotel but more budget mid range i would say

Company listing on Expedia website showed room with discount that seems to be very limited in availability. Contacting hotel staffs were not helpful in resolving issues with reservations.

Large hotel and room

Beautiful room, beautiful resort, walking distance to everything. Staff was amazing.

We were traveling in a large group. Location is excellent, only a couple min walk from restaurants and shopping. Rooms were large and very clean. Hotel itself was very well kept and spotless. The food was good and the included breakfast was well done. The staff we interacted with were a pleasure to deal with and helpful, with one exception and we only saw that staff member late our first night. I had to take away two stars though, I wish I could make it 1.5 but that’s not an option. first the mattress in all our rooms were reported as very uncomfortable and hard. The bar seemed to be in training mode, it took a while to get a drink. The restaurant is reservation only for dinner. We tried to get a table after a very long day of tours but they said they couldn’t seat us. The restaurant was empty with the exception of one table. We were visiting during the Tet holiday so I’m sure that played a roll in our experience. Over all I do recommend a stay. It’s a great area and the hotel and service is a great value.
