Room looks nothing like the photos on expedia. Tub was uncleaned, with stains everywhere. Generally dilapidated feel, neglected, like not enough staff to take care of the place. Overall, not a nice experience at all.

Clean room, staff good especially Alvin but cleaners not cleaning fast enough on the 4th floor so we decided not to have ours done - we stayed there for 6 days - and just asked them to give us fresh towels and take away our rubbish

Very welcoming helpful staff, Syod was very helpful in reception with all our needs and Fitra was really helpful with all our housekeeping needs, it made a big difference to our stay

The room was clean but really small. Ok to spend a couple hours but then started to feel really claustrophobic. Was also missing some basic amenities to start with - like toilet paper, hand towel etc.
