I mistakenly booked a smoking room and couldn't change to a non-smoking room because it was full. The room had cigarettes smell and the window couldn't open. I wish Expedia could reflect my preference of non-smoking room.

Parking was easy. Minimalist style in Toyoko Inn. Breakfast is simple but they do allow takeouts for breads and coffee. Not having a convenience store nearby was the biggest inconvenience. Value for money.

The deluxe twin room, though indicated as 2 single beds, can sleep 4 pax as each bed is a double/queen bed. Spacious room compared to other room type. The complimentary breakfast was simple but sufficiently good for a heavy breakfast.

Overall a great experience, staff was amazing, and kind. The free breakfast was not big on variety but everything tasted good and there was plenty of it. Honestly the only draw back was the long hairs that I found in the shower and sink. It’s not a big deal, hair is easy to miss when cleaning. So 4 stars is fair I believe.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was comfortable with everything we needed. The staff super friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was plenty and delicious.
However, the hotel has got only 1 elevator, which can be very full at certain times which means you've got to wait a long time to get on. But apart from that everything was great. Thank you
