Excellent hotel with great places around!!! Shopping mall, cafes, restaurants, public transportation (trains and buses), clean room very helpful staff (Rona was superb) air quality in the room was great and the view from the hotel window was fantastic!!!

You have to book cleaning asap, otherwise they won’t clean your room/replace your towels. For a four night stay we didn’t get a single cleaning even though we were told there’s mandatory cleaning days. The location was a good 12mn walk from the metro station, other than that it’s good, you get what you pay for.

I can’t say enough about my recent stay at the CitizenM. The hotel has a modern feel and kept clean. All of the staff were exceptional!! Everyone was so friendly and personable while maintaining professionalism.
