The room was clean and nice but a bit small. It had all the amenities including bathing essentials, kettle, bottled water etc. The staff were helpful and kind. The checkin was also smooth. The location is very good, most of the restaurants are nearby. Overall, a nice stay.

I used to like staying in this hotel but the experience has been beyond horrible this time. The constant noise, calling front-desk and being promised it will stop — and now, 20 mins, prior to closure saying that the only option is to change the room —- feels really below acceptable. At the very least you owe telling the guests as to how bad it is going to be before they book. Very disappointed and a really bad experience. I hope your senior management sees this and does something to change these practices.

Avoid this place at all cost if you made a booking make sure you check what room they put you in if you paid extra for a certain room because these guys don’t care. I called the reception so many times and they said are we looking into it and then they will just hang up the phone. and guess what? They never got back. It was very frustrating dealing with them. And not a single apologies was made.

Good hotel with tiny rooms. Crowded reception, You need some time to register. Staff quite efficient. Very good price. Good location near airport. No airport shuttle included.
