Good breakfast with a lot of selection. Very convenient and close to train station and all activities. Very clean and bed and sheets very comfortable. We loved our stay. Thank you and will definitely stay here again when we come back

The main hotel building is beautiful and well maintained, creating a great first impression. However, the separate apartment buildings where our room was located felt much smaller and did not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star property. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent—the highlight of the experience.

The shuttle is very helpful. Today the superstar was the bellman/concierge! He helped with sightseeing and later with our luggage and transportation to the train station. I wish I knew his name because he was outstanding and full of hospitality! June 2, 2026 14:00 hrs.

Room was not ready upon check in (after 3pm) and we were told another hour was needed. Air conditioning did not work for first night. Room was again not cleaned until after 5pm the next day. General service, quality of hotel and breakfast was significantly below that of other 4 stars we stayed at whilst in Switzerland.

Staffs at reception desk are welcoming and helpful for my stay at Interlaken. The breakfast is included which is also impressive for its premium qualities and varieties.

Nice staff, Clean room but very basic. The family apartment is in a total different building with no elevator not connected to the hotel, you have to walk in the alley to get there. Breakfast is average to below average. Food is not labeled.

Upon checking in on the first night, the hotel informed me that all hotel bookings required breakfast to be included. I explained that I had booked through Expedia, and breakfast was not included. The hotel threatened to charge an additional 40 CHF per person per day, which I stated was not in the Expedia terms and conditions. I told them the hotel needed to discuss this with Expedia, and they insisted on charging me. I refused and threatened to cancel the entire booking. They then agreed and said they would negotiate with Expedia. Ultimately, the hotel apologized as it was an issue between them and Expedia, not my concern. The matter was resolved amicably, but it was an unfortunate incident on the first day of my stay, as it was very upsetting. Otherwise, everything was fine; I slept comfortably, and the hotel was quite clean.
