My family and I enjoyed our staying in this place. My room had enough space for three and the 5 suitcases. The staff is very nice and helpfully. The buffet breakfast is good and the cost is reasonable. I love the location, it's close to the metro station, restaurants, stores and many more. If I return to Osaka, I would stay at this hotel again.

I have no idea why staff wouldn't let me use scissors. It was not logical or reasonable. Poor handling of customers by staff.

Location was excellent. The nearest train station was literally right outside the hotel. So were a convenient store and a coin operated laundromat. The room was adequate and spacious enough and equipped with motion activated lighting. If you don't care for the view out the window nor staircase for public use, this is it.
