The bathroom glass window looking into our bedroom was filthy We ordered a drink from the barman in the American bar. He forgot to serve it and we got and ate our meal without a drink . the other three or four staff had disappeared so he was the only one serving. He Acknowledged me twice when I waved over so I presumed it was on the way . When the staff returned to the bar and we finished eating I walked up to a waitress to question where our drinks were .. not only had her attitude a lot to be desired but when other drinks were placed in the same tray as ours, the other table got served first. No apology or remorse was shown A very seriously bad attitude and a sad reflection on otherwise a lovely hotel.
