When I arrived, the hotel staff required a $200 deposit, which was surprising since most hotels I’ve stayed at only require around $100. After paying the deposit, I was also informed that I would be charged an additional daily fee for hotel amenities such as the pool and gym. The fee was about $30 per day, which would have added up to $150 for my 5-day stay. What was especially disappointing was that when I went to use the pool, it appeared dirty and poorly maintained. There were leaves floating throughout the pool and visible dirt, making it seem like it hadn’t been cleaned for several days. Being charged extra for amenities that were not properly maintained was frustrating and did not meet my expectations.

We had great time. We had to change rooms because of cigarette smell that was supposed to a Non-smoking room. Other than that all was good

Room was clean and staff were respectful and helpful. Confusing with Uber and Doordash as there are multiple “Club” buildings under the same name, you have to specify which address you’re at. Hot water did not work in our room.
