Perfectly located. Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and clean with a great view to the canal.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location. Easy to get to from Amsterdam Centraal by taking the #2 or #17 tram. Lots of restaurants just around the corner. Very friendly staff. The room is clean and comfortable. The canal view was perfect.

Everything was wonderful - staff, room, air con, location. We had a canal-facing room, and the view was incredible. Loved the historical piece of this building. We received a complimentary breakfast for the first day of our stay, and we so appreciated that! The breakfast was our best in Amsterdam. Unfortunately, it was too expensive to have breakfast there on the remaining days. Also, the first night of our stay may have been a kind of celebration because people were very loud in the streets and on the canal for most of the night. That loudness did not happen on the rest of our nights there.
We would definitely recommend to friends!

Lovely attention to detail. I'd made a special request and this was fulfilled and some with a lovely little note. Made the trip really special. Breakfast was delicious too. Pity we were dashing out each morning and didn't have time to enjoy it other days.

Lovely large room, clean, comfy bed. The bathroom was a good size unfortunately the shower rose mechanism kept on collapsing so had to be held up manually. It was reported as requiring maintenance but the attempt made by the handyman was pathetic and didn't work. This was advised to the front desk on the way out. Good luck to the next people in the room.
The location is absolutely fabulous although the noise of the light rail trams passing by is a little annoying until you get used to it, BUT Location, location, location.

For us the location was great; we easily figured out public transportation very close. Also good restaurant across the street. Staff was very helpful with all our questions.
