Great location but our taxi driver didn’t find it easily. Just a door at street level with small signage on the wall. Close to the Louvre, restaurants and shops. Lots of perfume and designer shops around.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room but needs some upkeep. Toilet cover was falling off. Shower and sink were draining slowly and we had to take off the whole cover so water would drain fast. Beds comfy, AC was good. We did not have wifi for 2 days and when we did have it, signal was weak and kept disconnecting. Not a good place for those with mobility issues. You have to climb a flight of stairs to get to reception. Then the elevator, which is small, stops between floors and you either have to climb or walk down (depending where you room is) a narrow, spiral-like staircase. A bit expensive for what is, I guess you’re paying for its location.
I had a medical issue and needed some ice. No ice in the hotel and was told to go any restaurant around and ask for ice. How ridiculous. On the other hand, another staff was really nice and gave me a keychain souvenir.
