Outdoor pool was very nice but need some improvements and I hate places that charge you more for shade or better seat close to the pool.

I would not stay here again, villa 103 had roaches and bugs. We told the front desk but they weren’t very responsive. The place is very run down.

Our stay at PP Princess Resort was a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, the pool area is absolutely beautiful—definitely the highlight of the property. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, and the food was genuinely very good.
Unfortunately, the room itself was quite disappointing. It didn’t feel properly cleaned, which made it hard to fully relax and enjoy the stay. On top of that, the bed was extremely uncomfortable—more like sleeping on a piece of cardboard than something you’d expect from a resort.
It’s a shame, because with such a great location, lovely staff, and strong food offering, this place has a lot of potential. But the condition and comfort of the rooms really need improvement to match the rest of the experience.

Beautiful Resort nice rooms could do with a little update but otherwise nice place with access to beach on quiet side of Phi Phi but yet right in the middle of it all

Overall 3.5 stars. Ive been to 3 different hotels while in Thailand and have to say this was number 3 out of all 3.
Rooms are slightly outdated, hard bed and cant shower without putting aircon on for 15 mins.
Staff are ok, every other hotel gies above and beyond.
3.5 star is fair.

চমৎকার Needs grounds improvement between the main pool and the beach. Beds are too hard. Cannot sleep on a very hard mattress with no give.
Staff are very friendly and property is well cared for, with great access to the alleys and pathways right beside reception.
