Check in was interesting. Had to get buzzed in after waiting a few minutes.
Parking is all over the place. Not practical.
Bed was old, uncomfortable and very springy.
The room smells like bad incense. Carpet felt gross.
The lamp did not work at all.
No wall plugs /outlets available.
Bathroom outlet did not work.
Sink water never warmed up.
Price was decent but have had much better experiences at other places for the same price range.

Room was terribly musty.
Very old fashion, bedding was from 1970 and not in a good way.
The shower was cold to slightly warm.

The initial walk into the apartment was very nice. What struck me was the overpowering smell of cleaning solvents (clorox/chlorine). Other than the odor the room was well maintained. However, the restroom was a different issue. There were ants all over the wall where the sink and toilet were situated. Luckily, I had sealed containers to protect my hygienic items.
