Excellent for our short stay, and I highly recommend the breakfast! Who would have thought I was going to find the best pastries of my entire trip to Italy right here? The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very nice, helping us make reservations and book a taxi. Highly recommend.

Adrianna was amazing! The hotel was beautiful and right in the heart of Old Verona. Only complaint: beds were hard, but the pillows were great!

100% Recommend and would stay again. Fast and easy checkin and check-out. They allowed us to drop our bags early and leave them after we checked out. Very large room (Italian hotel rooms are usually tiny), spacious bathroom. Great location in the middle of all the action. Well priced. Great customer service too!

Fantastic stay and Nihed was so vey helpful. We were very well looked after and Nihed was very knowledgeable in her recommendations during our stay. Will definitely come back

Awesome stay. Room was amazing and a few steps away from all the sights. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend it.

The entire team were amazing .. so very personable ! The front desk with Cristina and Adriana were wonderful and kept us informed . They were so accommodating it made our stay such a positively Memorable experience … we went with another couple and they felt exactly the same way ..even our breakfast in the room was made special !! well done team Escalus !!

The room was nice - comfortable bed and plenty of storage space BUT there were a number of things I didn’t like. Breakfast is served in the room. The elevator was very slow. It was very noisy with loud people partying on the street below every night until after midnight.
