The reason for my 4 star is because the reception staff made us wait 30 mns for our luggage kept at the concierge while it was already delivered to our room. Beside that, we recommend this hotel for his proximity to all, the renovated rooms and the cleanliness. The rooms are small but they have all that is needed.

The hotel was clean and easy to access. My only problem was that it was so loud! My room was next to the elevators, and the elevators have a very loud bell that rings every time they arrive on the floor.

It is a great spot to stay for your visit to NYC. Times Square and Broadway are a short walk, and the walk offers plenty of options for food and Coffee. There is also a great Vegan place next door to hotels main entrance, as well as a couple of CVS and Duane Reades nearby to grab those travel items you forgot.

The hotel was fine, but much smaller than anticipated. Both the lobby/common area and the room were very small, which was somewhat expected in NYC, but not to this extend. The elevators were the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. The room was clean but the air conditioning unit smelled and I think the filter has not been cleaned for a while. Staff were very courteous and helpful and the location was perfect right between Times Square and Rockefeller Center.

Clean room in an older building. Our room was tiny and cramped but we survived two nights there due to convenient location and comfy bed. Bathroom was so small it was only room for one at a time in there. Shower water pressure was good. Friendly staff accommodated our requests. We'd stay here again on our next trip to NYC.
