Reception staff particularly Tamana and Anuradha were friendly and very helpful. The service they provided was impeccable. Restaurant staff were largely not as attentive/helpful bar one member of staff who served us on our first day. Tables were not cleaned promptly between services. The service in the restaurant was off putting to say the least.

Decent sized clean room with a comfortable bed. Good choice for breakfast and dinner. Attentive and helpful staff In particular Pooja. Nice swimming pool overlooking the valley, just a shame that it is not heated. Had an excellent massage at the spa ,albeit it was a bit pricey.

Clean rooms and very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet had a very good selection. Dinner menu was very good. I would recommend this hotel.

the staff was not trained to even know the booking. The check in process was a terrible experience. The asked me for more money, although I had a pre-booked room.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Hotel, Shimla. The staff were exceptionally polite and always eager to help. The rooms were clean, and the food was good. However, the bathroom felt a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel.
