Great location if you planning to visit Shibuya. No breakfast available but there’s plenty of places around to go eat, no gym or pool. Room was great. Staff was friendly.

I was shocked by the facilities and maintenance level of the hotel. There are molds in bathroom, wall, curtains, etc. and the room smells stinky. There is no fan in bathroom so the moisture from night shower seems to stay there overnight even till morning. Room is so tiny that there is hardly space after I put my luggage. Overall experience was terrible, and I would not recommend this to anyone till all hotels in Shibuya have been sold out.

Although the room was quite small even for Japan standard. It is very clean and amenities are always refilled. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Location very convenient. Right across family mart and 7 11. Block away from Lawson. 10 star for location, staff and amenities.

This hotel is great. Loved our shower. It was like a huge cave. Bench seat. Rainfall shower head, hand held & 10 jets. Very nice bathrobes. Bottled water, coffee Great location. Shopping, restaurants train station - very close Restaurant in basement of hotel very good. Food was excellent & very reasonable
