There’s not much to not like here, the staff was super helpful and it’s an amazing hotel. My only gripe is the pillows are flat and not the best but other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Property was fantastic! Great views and grand. Recommend you double & triple check your booking so you don’t have to argue with the staff when checking in or out. The trainees at check in are quick to tell you that if you’re booking from a 3rd party site that it’s wrong when it includes things like access to clubs/amenities/parking and it’s only another 120 GPB for this or that above what you have already paid. Spa means dry sauna and pool w/bubbles- no hot tub all for only 42 GPB for 3 hrs a day access. Dinner reservations in the restaurant turned out to be seating in the adjacent lounge bar with people standing around you having drinks and the restaurant empty “because it’s easier for them but if you want to actually sit there by yourself, that’s fine with them”.

Thermal spa is a great way to wind down after travel, and is discounted 50% by the hotel if you are a guest. Good food in the restaurant, too.

Close to everywhere you need to be as a traveler. Safe and easy to get to. Convenient parking onsite. Thomasz at the Front desk was amazing...can't thank him enough for all the assistance.

Gundega was wonderful. She was delightful and when we told her it was our anniversary, sent 2 miniature bottles of champagne accompanied with a raised platter of macroons. It was such a charming way to begin our tour of Scotland.
