La fille à l'acceuil était très gentille. Par contre notre n'étqit pas prête à l'heure. Nous avons du attendre 1h avant qu'elle soit disponible. La chambre était rénové et confortable ( petit bemol sur les oreillers qui ne sont pas confortable).

Our stay was perfect! The communication was excellent from start to finish, making everything very easy. The location was amazing close to everything we wanted to see in Rome. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Isabella at Reception was wonderful, kind, and friendly. That said room 301 on the top floor should never be rented as a room. It is a bizarre room with a slanted wooden roof/ceiling that would make a better storage facility than a hotel room. No place to put the towels in the tiny bathroom and a very tiny half-room to sleep in that was very hot because the sun beats down on the roof. Therefore it was necessary to keep the air conditioning on all the time. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. But a strange room. And also a broken lock that you cannot secure your room from the inside.
