Location: good location to walk to the patong beach and bangla road etc Very busy noisy road outside Room: our first room (411) was facing the main road was horrendous could not sleep atall the first night so asked to move rooms and they upgraded me to one facing the back of hotel (727) which noise was gone. Wouldnt say rooms are like luxurious but good for the money Staff: all staff our lovely! Very nice and friendly. The man who stands and greets you at the door is very nice. All staff behind reception lovely. Always greeting Rooftop: nice food, friendly staff and pool is great! Nice comfy beds to lie on

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I especially enjoyed the hotel’s facilities – the pool and gym were well-maintained, and the dining options were delicious. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and shops. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Clean, awesome staff, nice pool. Nice rooms. Terrible sleep, ridiculous amounts of road noise all night along. Might as well sleep on the street.
