Great location. Very English friendly. Comfortable bed and get amenities.

We got there before the check-in time and they still hold our luggage until check-in time. Check-in process was very smooth using the machine and helpful staff was nearby to complete the process. Our room was a pure wellness room and I felt spacious and bath tub was oversized than regular one.

hotel lobby and location are great however rooms are lacking in cleanliness and bathroom had a constant musty smell.

Perfect location down the street from three different subway stations and Shinjuku shops. Rooms were pretty small however, it was Bigger than other hotel rooms were. Don’t really have much complaints just wish the bathrooms were remodeled to be up to date. Felt like I was inside of a cruise ship bathroom.

Only thing I didn’t like was the room too small that included bathroom.

Close to Shinjuku station is a huge plus.

I have so much to say about this property. I dont know if the other reviews do it any justice, atleast they didn’t for me. 1- it is located in the heart of Shinjuku. There are train stations all within 5 minutes of the hotel. The staff is polite. There is a laundry room. (I recommend dounf laundry late in the evening or early in the morning. Breakfast was great, however I’m not sure it makes sense to purchase the package that includes it as you may get tired of eating the same foods. Air conditioning worked perfectly. (Toothpaste, hair brush, hair ties, face masks, tooth brush are restocked and completely free in the lobby. There is a spa located on the second floor, I had an amazing facial. My bf booked a massage. A Thai restaurant on the second floor and another restaurant in the lobby. I hope expedia gives me the option to come back and edit because I have so much to share, but just in case feel free ro follow and message me on most platforms (at) thisismylov3 I will be posting a detailed review there in August after my travels. Ta ta for now. And thank you to the amazing staff!

Location was good. Only reason I gave 3 or 3.5 stars is that the room was so small. Bed for 4 are tiny to share and the bed made my back aches every day. Otherwise if it wasn’t for the bed/room- I’d give it 5 stars.

When in Shinjuku, we stay at the conveniently located Hotel Sunroute Shinjuku. It's across the street from Shinjuku Station and a large shopping center. The rooms are small, as expected in the heart of Shinjuku. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The TV displays which floors have how many clothes washers and dryers in use, so you don't have to go up and down looking for available machines. The hotel is dated, but comfortable and convenient. I checked our luggage with the front desk. This took about 45 minutes, due to a finicky app and a front desk that couldn't/wouldn't just write it up for you. The breakfast buffet looked okay, but seemed overpriced, so we went elsewhere. We'll stay here again as the location can't be beat for its proximity to the trains and shopping.

Overall wonderful hotel and staff.
