চমৎকার The staff was very helpful. Walked me through doing laundry. Evening ramen was good. Discovered a supermarket nearby with excellent, microwaveable meals. I’ve stayed here several times. I have a friend in Omiya and even though it’s a 15 minute train ride to get there, I think it’s worth it to stay here.

The staff was great. The room was clean and well equipped.
In winter, it could be good to provide more blankets in the rooms, as they are quite cold and I personally do not want to use the heater.

Nice clean room. Good air filters and air conditioning. Polite staff. Located right by the train station, so easy to get to. Did not hear outside sounds in the room. Would stay here again if in the area.

The hotel is really clean and right beside the station so it’s quick access. The room is quite nice and comfortable. It’s one of the nicer/nicest hotels I stayed in during my trip
