I asked for a late checkout of only one hour and it was denied. I can’t remember the last time a late check from 11 am to Noon was not accommodated.

The hotel was great, great location and clean. The breakfast was good, just busy and not enough servers.

We had a great time staying at the Hilton. The room was very clean, and the pool area was great. The place had a lot of options for food that we really enjoyed.

We had a great stay at this property. Our room was large and updated and there were a number of good and beverage options. It was also well located near the batgront boardwalk. We would stay here again.

Unfortunately, the experience was significantly impacted by cleanliness concerns around the pool area. While using the hot tub, we noticed multiple cockroaches near the food and restaurant areas adjacent to the pool. Seeing pests in an area where guests are relaxing and dining was very disappointing and raised concerns about sanitation and maintenance. Beautifully situated right along the bayfront with gorgeous views, and it’s within easy walking distance to both the Gaslamp Quarter and Petco Park, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The property itself is attractive, and the location was definitely the highlight of our stay. This hotel has an excellent location and a lot of potential, but improved pest control and attention to the pool and dining areas would greatly improve the guest experience.

It was located near everything we wanted to do. The offer of bikes and kayaks was nice.
