চমৎকার Our flight was canceled and we needed to book a hotel for one night. The customer service desk was friendly, helpful, and really nice. I would highly recommend staying here.

The only problem my experience was waiting for the shuttle bus, which is right next to the front door and shuttle bus — and where the smokers are . Myself and others waiting for the shuttle a couple had to move far away. - very inconvenient
It was quite uncomfortable being accosted by smoke - right next to the entrance door of the hotel.- I would’ve given this hotel five stars, but I can’t handle smokers right by the front / side door

This property definitely needs to be updated. The carpet, the furniture the bathroom not well maintained and had an odor. I asked about checking in early and was told, YES, if they were not oversold the night before and if my room was available. I arrived and they checked me in and was charged $80.00 PLUS taxes. The room wasn’t worth what I had to pay which was $350 PLUS the additional fee. NEVER AGAIN.

When spending 465.00 per night, (it was the weekend), I don’t expect to be in a room where the towel rack is falling off the wall and the door frames are chipped and peeling paint. Also the tap water was undrinkable. Way too chlorinated and if we wanted bottled water we had to pay for it. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing special. The furnishings and bedding were also nothing special. I have spent way less money on much nicer accommodations.

It’s an older building but well maintained. The check in was fast and easy. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean. Breakfast was good. Shuttle service was great to and from JFK airport.

A decent property and rather closer location to JFK. I felt it was worth my money.
Breakfast was ok for a couple of days for me.

Curtains had a hole in them. Vent was rusted. But everything was clean and the breakfast made up for any shortcomings. I would definitely stay here again.
