Very close to all the major attractions, restaurants and transportation. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Very comfortable.

The hotel was ok. Small rooms and no pool or anything. The restaurants are medicore . The Tokyo Dome Hotel is a lot nicer with much better restaurants.

Room size was bigger than expected. Received a nice gift from the hotel after informing them of a special occasion. Hotel amenities were phenomenal. Would definitely return and recommend

Decent hotel near the Tokyo Dome, though as a foreign tourist, I would not stay here again. Mainly for the locals. Breakfast could have been much better.

It's not as jaw dropping as the Richardson in Tokyo. There they have activities for guests, our room was bigger, and they had these amazing pajamas we loved. Here we got robes, which were nice, but we had gotten spoiled.
