I got a bed with dirty sheets and the receptionist woke me up twice after jet leg.
The staff barely speak English, stay away from this hotel!!

Staff were class very nice people and are very caring. On the 8th floor and the ac was worse for wear and struggled to work most days

Excellent location in old town, very close to everything. Night life is jumping just a block away, however the rooms are extremely quiet especially considering the location of the hotel. They used sound proof windows which made the room very quiet.

চমৎকার Travelling as a single male, I found this hotel to represent excellent value for money. Positioned well in the Old Quarter, it was clean, cheerful and the staff were extremely helpful. I would stay again when next in Hanoi.

The room looked good initially.
We stayed for 4 nights and they did not clean our room once. We had to ask for water and toilet paper. It was noisy till 1am and there was no restaurant or breakfast facility, even tho the site said there was
