So busy. Full of children. Public holiday so to be expected but buzzers and half hour waiting for breakfast. We didn’t bother going in the end. Evening turndown and tidy sometimes happened sometimes didn’t.
Lovely hotel but if full, a nightmare. Probably wouldn’t go back.

We stayed in the King Seaview room which had a marvelous view of the grounds and the beach. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we enjoyed the rain shower tremendously, best ever. The adult pool water temperature was perfect with built in seating areas looking out to the sea. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the wide water slide. Unfortunately the longer slide was temporarily closed. The only disappointment was the lack of information about the Pattaya floating market the hotel provided shuttle service for which was a huge let down and waste of $50 for 15 minute boat ride and zero boat vendors, which was our expecation.

The hotel is nice and the property looks well kept. The staff are very nice and courteous. My only complain has to do around the buffet in the morning it’s a free for all, adults and annoying children dipping their hands in the food, coughing in front of the food and running around almost crashing into people with places loaded with food. That’s why I hate buffets! I wish the hotel would have signs saying make sure your children behave and do not touch food with their bare hands… but I doubt any hotel has the guts to do that.

The hotel looks nice and is very clean.
Breakfast was great with lots of options, really enjoyed every single day.
Pools are clean and clean towels provided anytime you need.
Housekeeping was amazing, the lady come every day and cleaned, changed our linen and towels anytime we needed.
Location is very good, walking distance to markets, restaurants and shops.
Highly recommended.

চমৎকার The room was great, the staff were very attentive and friendly the amenities were all I could ask for. Overall it was the best 2 week stay I have had in a very long time.
