Tiene muchas cosas buenas, está en el centro del puerto de la Cruz, cerca de todo, habitaciones excelentes,amplias, cogimos una para 3 adultos y tenía 3 camas cómodas y grandes, limpieza un 10, trato amable y muy bueno, precio excepcional. Pero tiene un par de contras, no tiene aparcamiento cerca y el ascensor comienza en la primera planta, no recomendable para personas con problemas de movilidad.

Not too easy, but parked like 7mins walking in the same place the two nights I spent there.

Commerces tout autour. Seul bémol, nous avons pris la chambre avec vue sur cour intérieure, en fait vu sur rien du tout, chambre avec fenêtre brouillée qui donne sur un mur. Aucune vue sur l'extérieur. Considérer qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre. Rideau fermé sur la photo, effet trompeur

Fina nyrenoverade rum. Hotellet har ett fantastiskt läge. Rummen finns på 4 våningar. Men hissen startar en våning upp, efter 20 trappsteg. Så detta hotell är inte lämpligt för personer om har svårt för trappor. Enkel frukost serveras på närliggande café med kaffe, juice, lite bröd med smör/marmelad och ost/skinka som pålägg. Tyvärr gick det inte att få frukost före 9:00

Room spotless

Alexander was very courteous and expedite managing an error at the property and turned to a very positive experience thank to his effort to support and manage the mistake .Just applaud and appreciate his desire to help and support and extra mile effort to solve the situation and he did. We returned thanks to him .

City centre hotel, everything on your door step.Even a cafe under your room. Late night stop outs make it a bit noisy, but that is expected in the city centre. Windows give fair amount of sound proof when closed.

Unfortunate our stay at this hotel was a horrifying experience. Unlivable conditions. No air conditioning and hot humid air to the point where you are unable to breathe Windows made of paper, the noise from the street is such that it is physically impossible to sleep. I had to take my bed sheets put them on the floor in the bathroom and sleep there. The noise is such that you would rather sleep on the floor next to a toilet than in the bed (which btw is separate for any couples reading this). Its not the owners fault that the streets are noisy. It is however his responsibility to build the hotel in a way where the noise is filtered out to some extent at least. Also a small fan costs 20€. Our night cost 70€. There is no apology for making your guests stay in these conditions. No soap. Bed sheets very poor At 2am the party outside was just getting started. At 5AM I went from the bathroom floor to sleep in my bed. At 6:30 we woke up to the sounds of a fist/knife fight on the street below. The only positive thing is the team running the hotel. Young and kind people. Unfortunately their kindness can’t compensate for the horribleness of this experience. I apologize to them if this review harms them in any way. It should be said that this is not their fault and they are doing their best. Responsibility lies with the owner/manager. I cannot say this strongly enough. Avoid this establishment at any cost. Until they instal fans and decent windows this place is unlivable.

Lovely little find. Staff very friendly. Excellent location. Try and get a city view room. Can be very noisy on the rooms with balcony

Was a bit loud and no fan or a/c but great location, walkable to shopping, beaches, fun!
