What I didn’t like was the fact that as a couple, either I had to wake up my partner during the night or struggle to go over him to get off the bed, as bed is against the wall, very inconvenient, but very clean hotel.

En général cet hôtel est vraiment bien. Situé avantageusement et prêt des principales activités et des choses à voir. Le tapis de notre chambre était sale c'est le seul point negatif.

Nice and clean hotel with good ac. Close to tube station and was easy to get to from Heathrow and around town, but central enough that walking wasn’t too overwhelming. Small rooms, but good storage.

Room was just alright if you don’t mind having comfortable stay. It was smelly each time I came in to the room. I hated staying in there. I tried to get out of the room early and stayed until it’s time to go to sleep. Carpets were dirty. Bathroom is just a shower curtain on a rod so the floors all get wet. Location is convenient. Besides that I would not stay in this hotel again. Don’t take me wrong as I do have a bit if higher expectations and a clean room that doesn’t smell.

Carpets filthy. No phone in room. Rooms are small. Just a small chair, bed and tv. Have to crawl across bed to pull down window shade.

Hotel is clean, cool, and centrally located. Rooms are very small-- king sized bed with about a foot on either side. About two to three feet at end of bed. Large screen TV. This would be great for a solid traveler, or for a weekend stay. We were going on an 11 day cruise, so a bit too much luggage for the room size. Only trash can is a small bin under the sink. They don't have washcloths or top sheets, but comforter was fabulous! Has an attached bar, which was nice, with small menu. Pizza was pretty good, the pasta was meh...
