Property is well located in regards to getting to and from Venice bus station - 15 minute bus. Property is quite dated and basic, room amenities were quite poor and not the cleanest with hairs on pillows, bedding and sink and the shower is quite small.

L’endroit est impeccable et les gens très courtois. Petit déjeuner inclus, très bon bon. Dans un coin plus commerciale et à environ 30 minutes en bus au Centre-ville de Venise.

While this location is not on Venice but it was very close to a bus stop. Staff sold bus tickets which made it convenient. Cash only. The tea and croissant in the morning was a nice plus even when we left at 5am.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Appreciate the attention and also good service. Bus is also easy to access from hotel. 3 min walk away.

La verdad que salí encantado de ese hotel, todo todo excepcional, atención localización habitación limpieza desayuno exquisito y UBER bien barato La verdad recomiendo a este hotel

Thank you, it was a good place!

We had a very bad experience in this hotel. Everything in the room was old and smelly. The bed sheets were not clean and had marks on them. There was only one usable outlet in our room. Some rooms apparently have shared bathrooms which wasn't clean at all. You can only have 1 croissant/coffee for breakfast. The hotel location is super close to an industrial area and at night the sound from trucks is very clear, thus difficult to sleep. There's no "do not disturb" sign to tell staff not to enter the room. The staff was extremely rude when I informed him that our water bottles were removed from the room, no apology or replacement, in a rude way he even mentioned that we can't drink water in our room which was the first time I heard of such unreasonable policy out of all the many hotels I visited. The only good things about this hotel is it's close location to Venice, price, and the 1 friendly staff that works in the morning. I would not come back to this place.

Tried to contact the staff through the Expedia app, calling, and email but no one answered. The breakfast is simple but nice. The bathroom needs updating.

Our stay was comfortable, bus to Venice is outside the property 5 mins walk and only cost €1.50. takes 20 mins and they have free parking on the property

The desk guy was friendly and helpful.
