room is compact but clean and comfortable.
Location is very good, the airport bus from ICN stop directly outside the hotel, as well as the metro.
Check-in and out are done via a kiosk. The listing states if you arrive late to request 'special instructions' but as long as you have the door code there are no special instructions. There are no staff onsite except during the day to clean, and to stock up snacks for guests in common area.
You must request housecleaning otherwise your room wont be cleaned.

Self check in. Poor communication on code to get in front door. Fortunately cleaning staff there to help.

It was a great stay! Closer to everything! Staff were all very helpful esp. the gentleman who was very nice to us esp. to my daughter! Too bad I forgot his name-sorry! We would definitely stay there when we visit Korea again! Thank you for the warm welcome!

ভাল Extremely small rooms. The double door configuration takes up what little living area you have. Would recommend booking two seperate rooms if have a bed friend.

This location was great, really easy to get around and walkable to all the temples/palaces.
I think the room would have been a bit annoying for two people. Showering over the sink with no floor divider is rather inconvenient.
The staff from the restaurant seem to maybe be involved in keeping up the hotel? They helped people get inside. Otherwise I saw no one at the desk in 5 days.
But I would stay again for the convenience

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was in a great location—convenient and clean. However, since it was on the 4th floor without an elevator, we had to carry our luggage up.
