All staff were so helpful and try their best to make everything to saying the guests to the maximum, special thanks to golf’s cars guys, 2 Ahmad’s at Nariman beach and Doa from housekeeping team, it was amazing experience, we will come again and again.

The accommodation was luxurious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Their exceptional hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again.

Room was clean, issue was water pressure in the shower, food service was extremely slow, more than an hour waiting for room service, by the time the food arrives it tastes terrible. Beach is very rocky, best to try the beaches at the neighbouring hotels

Good experience staying here - the staff are very polite and helpful. Reception team is accommodating, special thanks to Mostafa for his excellent customer service. Good atmosphere in Al Varanda whilst having breakfast. Helpful staff and Rimonda was extremely friendly and delivered excellent customer service. Just one thing to note to improve - the drinks should be serviced in ceramic cups as opposed to paper cups at breakfast to suit everything else in a 5-star hotel. The housekeeping team was very attentive and very good. Doaa looked after us and did a great job. Finally the spa experience was good, Nourhan and Oil massages were excellent and Nahla delivered great customer service.

Very good location very friendly people the location it’s very beautiful

We booked the bungalows and it wasn’t as we expected. It was so primitive even no TV later on we found out it’s very basic. The Private beach wasn’t as we expected if you’re planning to book choose the cabanas it’s much better and the beach. There is very nice.

It was a wonderful stay in king Fouad room which has direct access to the beach and very clean. Also the crew was very helpful and nice. The breakfast is perfect with different varieties of food.

I have good experience this hotel.

Everything was perfect beside the palace it was closed and no visitors are allowed in. Adham was very nice giving us a tour and explaining about Al Muntazah that was beautiful
