Great atmosphere. Staff was always available to help. It’s such a relaxing, secluded place to stay. Note: free parking in front of the hotel. We didn’t move our car for the whole trip. It’s better to walk, bike, uber to where you want to go.

Second stay here.... Nice converted bungalows. Clean property, no children allowed. Small swimming pool but clean.

The Douglas house is lovely! Our 2nd time here in 4 months! The staff is very kind and the accommodations are lovely and comfortable! The pool area is the cherry on the sundae too!! Terrific location as well!! We highly recommend!!

I really liked how the hotel had the homemade feel to it. Very clean. Very professional very cozy. Staff was great. Outdoor pool was little but perfect. What a relaxing vacation.

We booked for convenience of location as a first time visit to Key West and it did not disappoint. This location puts you within walking distance of a multitude of shops, restaraunts and noted landmarks.
Staff was very kind and attentive, and small but safe and clean pool area was excellent for relaxation.
