Great staff and service. Recommend a stay at Grand Regency!

Foe the price the hotel was okay, not sure how clean every thing was, had to wash the mugs they were dirty. In India get a 5 star hotel.

Budget friendly. All the pictures in the public websites doesn't reflect the reality. Staff were helpful.

Firstly they provided me with a room that was smelly and without exhaust or any ventilation. After they moved me to another room, the room service was pretty disappointing. I ordered for lemon water that was delivered to me after an hour. Then I ordered for food that was delivered late as well and whenever I called the room service they said the order is on the way which was never on the way. Lastly, I asked them to give me a wake up call at 3 am in the morning with morning tea as I had an early morning flight to catch, no one woke me up and there was no morning tea. Overall very much disappointed with the service. The 2 persons at reception were the only ones who were helpful, but the rest of the service was disgusting.

Breakfast was good and in room service was great.

It was very nice stay here, highly recommended…

Had such a nice experience that I would definitely choose this place again for my next stay!
