部屋の照明 TV のオンオフのスイッチがよくわからなかった。１１時過ぎて１時間強外がうるさかった。スタッフは親切でした。

It was a cozy and well air-conditioned area. The pods were fantastic with the atmosphere inside and the bed was comfortable. The washrooms and showers were well taken care of.

By far the coolest capsule hotel I’ve been in & it was cheap & more spacious than that of standard capsules whilst also being sick. Location not the best as is 1 hour by train from centre

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! I needed a bit of help with the check-in process and the staff member there was so helpful and nice. The capsules are so comfortable, clean, and SUPER cool, it's like sleeping in a spaceship. And the shared spaces (bathroom, shower, dining area) were perfect. So clean and available for all my needs. I only wish there a cool air option for inside capsule, then it would be PERFECT! 9/10 would recommend if you're staying in Saitama!!
