I paid for one room category but received another. The room description was inaccurate, and several of the advertised amenities were missing. When I raised this with reception, I was told that the incorrect information came from Hotels.com and that the hotel accepted no responsibility for it. As a guest, however, I booked based on the advertised description and expected to receive what I had paid for. There was no hand soap in any bathroom.
