চমৎকার Good location and great staff. Clean overall. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable and they had one elevator for the whole building which took a while to come down or go up. Otherwise no other issues. Great experience overall

Baggage storage available. Great location and good value. Great value breakfast. Rooms very small but functional so beware if you've got a lot of luggage.

The hotel had many floors 23 or more. The reception area is very small. They only have one washing machine and dryer. They also only have one elevator for everyone which means you had to wait quite sometime for it. I stayed 3 nights. The room was not fully cleaned when I checked in. Breakfast is not provided but they do have a lot of restaurants near by.

Very nice, clean and well located hotel. Staff was amazing always. Property is super close to train stations and lots to do walking around too.

As per usual on Japan rooms are small but it gets the job done - this is a convenient chain to stay in - they give you tooth brush, hair ties and comb and a wash rag (along with the usual body wash and s/c)
You have to get creative in how you put away your luggage in the room (under the bed)
And surprisingly they have a couple of English speaking movies available on the tv

Room was cleaned but had dust below tv and inside the clothes walking cabinets and doors.
Breakfast at Denny’s was ok but could have been better. I wished I had not included breakfast while I was there. I booked two twin rooms for my family was booked under same name my name still they put me two different floors even when I asked for the same floor.

চমৎকার I had a great stay at APA Hotel Kayabacho Hatchobori Ekimae! The location is excellent—close to public transportation and within walking distance of several restaurants and convenience stores. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly well-designed to maximize space.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities provided everything I needed. It’s a perfect spot for travelers who want a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel in a convenient Tokyo location. I’d definitely stay here again!
