Positives:
Staff were very nice and helpful.
Decent location, walking distance to 2 subway stations.
Airport limousine bus stops across the road making it very easy to go to Incheon.
Negatives:
No view from bedroom as window was very high.
Very firm mattress and pillows.
No Japanese toilet.
Walls between rooms are very thin so every noise (including flushing/shower) can be heard.
Small bathroom.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was very spacious and warm which was really appreciated during the cold weather. The gym in the basement was also really good! Plenty of equipment to chose from and generally quiet. The coffee shop is also very convenient. We would definitely stay again

A nice stay in a great location! The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was a nice size, comfortable bed and powerful shower! It was nice that water was replaced daily.
The location was great with a short walk to the metro station and easy access to different districts. Also about 15 minutes walk to DDP with plenty of shops/malls around that open until late!

Great location, right in the middle of the tourist area. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping. Walking distance to the night markets.
Hotel is sparking clean. Room is so spacious. Big windows, bright room. Air conditioner works well. Washroom has separate shower room. The room even has a small kitchenette. Most of all the people who manage JD Tower Hotel are very friendly and care about their guests. The staff speak English well. Stay here if you can but book in advance, the rooms sell out!

We loved our stay at JD Tower Hotel. From the moment we booked to the day we left, the service was outstanding from Elif and Jay. They couldn't have been more hospitable and helpful which made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The location was perfect for us as it was close to a number of bus and train stops as well as the airport bus stop. Our room was spacious and had a great view. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. The only thing that would have made our stay better was having basic kitchen items in the room such as drinking glasses, bowls, plates, cutlery and detergent and sponge to clean up.
