This location is outdated feels and looks dirty. Well at least the 4th floor. Location at Northwest is very nice so much cleaner.

El personal fue muy amable ecepto el guardia de seguridad en ves de estar afuera mirando los clientes que estén bien que no tengan problemas en el estacionamiento estaba adentro en el hotel sentado y cuando le preguntaba uno cualquier cosa sobre el estacionamiento no sabía que decir y ni siquiera se paraba para atender a los clientes y eso fue no nomas con migo si no con otros clientes de igual manera. Pésimo servicio de seguridad le doy un cero .

I loved that the room was big, very clean. The staff was very accommodating and nice. Loved that it had a nice kitchen area. Would stay there again.

Friendly and quick to help staff at check in, clean room with excellent working A/C, free good breakfast with delicious cook yourself waffles, only things that could improve are the barn style restroom door was difficult to open and shut and gave minimal privacy due to gaps on both sides. Rooms are also affordable and enough room for families of 4-6 people.

For 5 people there was plenty of space and the fold-out couch had no uncomfortable bars. The dividing curtain between the couch and beds was a nice touch. We didn't use the kitchen but the breakfast was great too.
