The rooms are not the best .. the place is about run down. No in room amenities and they do not provide things like hand soap to wash hands. They only clean every second day. I do not think I will stay there again

Quite amazing and impressived hotel to stay while in Langkawi.

An honest review - would stay at this property again purely for 1) the wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. 2) the awesome theming and exciting decor, playroom and kiddy pool/slides. My daughter’s whole trip was made having Mickey Mouse surprise her in the kids room! The cleanliness of the rooms was not great, although the bedding was fine. There were so many bugs when we first got there, but as I killed them the number didn’t increase again! The bathrooms did smell very musty, and as we were only staying here 1 night, we opted to just not enter the bathroom and kept the door closed the whole time which was no bother for us. But would have been an issue if staying there a few days. For the price the hotel is a fine choice for a night or two to enjoy the theming of the hotel. But don’t have high expectations for the ‘look’ or cleanliness. I really felt the staff actually cared about the guests and even if cleanliness or attention to detail isn’t their strong suit, they made this single mum feel safe, comfortable and heard.
