All good especially for the rate!

Clean room, breakfast area to small for the amount of rooms

The front desk staff was super helpful! Jose was very accommodating and informative and made our trip from Dallas, Texas to the big apple very pleasant. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Brooklyn!

Breakfast is the bare minimum Beware putting out your Do Not Disturb sign. We took ours off by 8:30 AM when we left our room. When we returned at 9:00 PM. Our room hadn’t been cleaned. When we questioned it at the desk, we were told that when the Do Not Disturb sign was out early in the morning, the staff interrupted that as do not clean. Staff were pleasant.

Very dated hotel for the price

First room was very small, after two days I requested a larger room upstairs in a quieter area. They accommodated us right away.

Room was below street level so headlights from cars were coming into the room all night. The beds were extremely short, not regular queen sized. The air conditioner was not functioning properly and extremely noisy when operating. Bathroom doors were peculiar and you had to reach around the door to turn on the light. Air quality was not good and bathroom had a musty smell with water damage visible on the back side of the bathroom door. Had to wait several minutes before someone came to the front desk to check in. Definitely never going there again

Nice hotel, good location

Very clean room and friendly staff , decent breakfast. Would recommend having better WiFi or an upgraded tv since the reception was spotty.
