We paid 450 including tax Canadian dollars per night for three nights. We have stayed hundreds of hotels over 30 years and this one is the worst. The room had no shampoo no conditioner no body lotion no safe no kettle. Only two paper cups. The hair dryer was overheated in 30 seconds. It is worse than any motels. We chose this hotel because of the reputation of Sheraton. We just couldn’t understand how Sheraton can have such a poor hotel in its chain and charged so much. Extremely disappointed.

Basic hospitality things were missing.
-complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers
-conditioner for hair
-phone to contact reception in room
-umbrellas for loan for guests
Temporary but serious problems
-showers did not have good water pressure
-instance of a "clean" towel delivered to room that had what looked like dried blood stain on it.
Overall, it's not a great place to stay, even with the price in mind.

Great location, super staff. My room was very clean and I really enjoyed my stay. Arrived about an hour early but they let me check in. Solo traveler so had a single room which was perfect for me. Very pleased with this choice.

Clean. Efficient type of hotel - no frills or extras. Nice staff. Great location to walk to attractions and public transit.
