Spacious apartment, 1 minute from the velodrome so ideal for the Rugby 6 nations

This apartment was very spacious, the shower was hot and had good pressure but that's where the good stuff ends. Very limited condiments, one pillow and a stained, filthy looking cover for the bed. No Wi-Fi, the very friendly lady supposedly asked someone to come in and do it, but they never came, so I have 3 nights without Wi-Fi, which isn't the end of the world, but it's annoying when you're roaming & trying to work. Shower did not empty very fast, so I ended up flooding the bathroom on a couple of occasions, Plus you could not attach the showerhead to any part of the unit so you had to hold it the whole time. And the shower itself was not very clean. It's a shame really, because this apartment could be really nice if they took more care of it

Super ! Juste à côté du stade et du centre commercial. Il y a des transports à 5 minutes à pied. Le quartier est calme.

the apparteo Marseilles is so good residence, very close to velodrome stadium and 5 mins by walking to rond poine prodo metro station. the room is clean and wide for a single resident. I advise booking in it...for your next trip to Marseilles...

Good positionning for restaurants , shops , transport etc etc

Location is good, close to metro and bus stops, there are supermarkets nearby. Quite easy check-in, staff speaks English. Room is spacious with well equipped kitchenette. There's no air conditioner but there's a simple air cooler in the room. There's a private balcony although view isn't spectacular. Wi-fi works well. And more importantly, room and bathroom is very clean, I didn't see any hair anywhere which is unlikely in a cheap hotel.

I loved the area it was in and the place itself was a chill stop to be

No wifi, and if there was it was’nt passed on to me. The bed was a couple of pallets on the floor with a board on top, then 2 peices of mattress on top of that, each one being a different size which left a huge rise down the centre of the bed. When rolling into the middle of the bed, the board and mattresses lifted, leaving one side of the bed in the air, and me on the floor. Mangament appeared very unapproachable, who wears sunglasses inside anyways. This property was a huge waste of money, not what was in the photos, that’s for sure.

My booking has been cancelled only 3 hours before I arrived at the hotel!! I found out when I got there at around 2 pm. There was no one at reception office and no one to answer the phone number I had been given by voicemail. I had to find myself another hotel after having spent 8 hours driving from Paris to Marseille.

I stayed for a week and the residence is located in a relatively newer development area near to the Velodrome stadium and not too far from the Rondpoint du Pradu Metro stop.The apartment was well equipped (kitchenette with most utensils as on their website - just make sure you bring your own soap/shower gel) and relatively clean. Everything was fine and perfectly located near to the location to get a bus no.19 (s or t) to the beaches as well as bus no.83 (will take you via a scenic coastal route to the city centre. However, it was August and the average temp. was 30-33 degrees and with no air-conditioning or a fan - hence making it difficult to sleep at night. Make sure you book a room with a balcony - if you are going to stay in the summer months.
