Good aircon, good wifi, comfy bed, had a nice view of river from balcony, water tea & coffee provided in room, could hear the strip from the room. Good location, walkable

Excellent Location. Staff are polite and friendly.
The bedsheets and blankets were not clean and had stains. There were many small insects in the room. The pool very small. Air conditioning work ok.

Good hotel, excellent location, friendly staff, AC worked fine, Wifi was fast and reliable (I work online so that's important to me).

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and within a short walking distance of the ancient town and night markets.
I can highly recommend this hotel for great value!

The hotel is excellent, pricing and location. It is very quick walk to Old Town, right by the river, and the room overlooked the river. I was positively suprised at the look and location of this room.

Lovely stay at the Present Hotel! It is very conveniently located so you can easily explore Hoi An. Place was clean and quiet. Checkin was easy. 24 hour front desk. I slept well and enjoyed my stay.
