Fabulous property! Beautiful setting, lots of good activities and easy to arrange through hotel app. Staff is very helpful and food is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property. Iconic Indonesian views and experiences. Great food and amazing staff at the restaurants. Definitely must try the live lobster grilled while seating water front. Our biggest complaint was the front desk. I booked my prepaid reservation well in advance, cancellation period had passed. I needed to use a different credit card upon check-in for incidentals, and I provided my passport as a proof of identity. After we checked in, they kept contacting me through the evening, and insisting they needed the credit card though I showed the reservation with the credit card number that matched, they wanted the card. It really ruined my experience and the peacefulness and tranquility this resort offers. They apologized the next evening and offered a free transportation to the airport. They also promised some other gifts, but never received those. Management needs to rework their check in process. This was ridiculous. If the resort wasn’t so nice and the food so amazing I would’ve given this experience a 2.

Buffet is a bit overpriced. When we seemed startled at the price they gave us 2 for 1. The food and espresso was very good

Fabulous location and property. Staff was very helpful and took care of everything we needed including a private romantic dinner for my birthday. Would definitely return.

Great beach facilities!!!

The hotel amenities, rooms, and staff were all excellent. The resort is beautifully positioned, offering a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of the village, yet still less than a 10-minute drive away. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the bar on the pier — an amazing spot to relax, especially in the evening. A truly beautiful resort — I would highly recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful. Room was so comfortable and clean. Japanese restaurant was amazing. Staff are all so nice and excellent at what they all do.
