Room felt very new/well-maintained.
Small, but very comfortable.
Bed probably could be a bit improved, my double was two singles pushed together, but for the price and the location it was a great deal.

The room is clean and thanks to the supervisor Amy Lim and their room stewards.
The amenities are good and cover all needs though the shampoo, conditioner, bath lotion are not inside the shower chamber.
Not much storage especially there are no drawers under the closet, just shelves.
There are no air conditioner at the elevator waiting lobby of every floor. It’s a big contrast between your room and the lobby. The summer of Hong Kong is very hot. You come of your room which is set to 23-25 C and step out to over 30 C in the elevator waiting lobby is no fun.
The location of the hotel is very convenient but the surrounding area are not interesting because it is so close to market.

Staff was very helpful, and room was super clean. Stayed for 10 days and almost everyday the house keeper came to clean. Hotel is close to subway and major bus stop aswell, very easy to get around.

Super convenient location, easy access to bus, MTR, trams. Many restaurants in the area, so you'd never go hungry. Staff are friendly and professional (receptionist Amber, room cleaner Ruby, etc). Very comfortable stay.

Amazing location within walking distance from the Rapid Transit station and in close proximity to attractions, Michelin-starred eateries, park, exhibitions, water, Causeway Bay shopping and currency exchanges etc. Friendly and Caring Front Desk Personnel. An absolute cleanliness of rooms and premises. Unlimited free filtered water from a water tank downstairs. Great views from the rooms on top floors. We are impressed and grateful, thank you, Eco Tree Hotel!
